The judges also recognised excellent communications produced by Watercare and the Ministry of Justice.

People’s Choice — Worst ‘Brainstrain’ Communication

Among the entries this year the judges felt there was only one that truly qualified as a ‘Brainstrain’. (That’s got to be good news!)
