This leaflet would have made us feel good about deciding to become a Contact Energy customer. The messages were simple and direct. We admired the leaflet’s informal writing style and found it inviting and engaging.
The boldness of the title appealed to us and the contents delivered. The language was generally simple and informal. It was engaging. There was even an element of fun, yet it conveyed the essential information to an audience that may have had only a passing interest and not much background in financial matters.
Castalia’s report was a big project on a complex topic. We liked the clarity of the language and the way the report used diagrams and illustrations to support the text.
