This is an excellent site overall. It does a great job of dealing with a large and varied subject. It was easy to find, the layout was clear and consistent. It does not try to be cute, it just does the job.
Media statement
We are very pleased to be finalists in the Plain English Awards. Our website is for all New Zealanders, and many of our users are young people, so keeping our language plain and easy to understand is really important to us. We aim to publish information that you can understand and act on after one reading, so when we get feedback from people saying that our content helped them make a work or training decision, we feel like we are succeeding.
