State’s Product Development Manager Mark Robertson, who accepted the award on behalf of State, said that the win acknowledged State’s commitment to helping its customers.
Head of State Martyn Collett was delighted with the win. 'Insurance has for too long been tarred with the reputation of "fine print" and "jargon". At State, that doesn’t happen.
'Our aim is to put the customer’s needs first and one of our goals is to radically change the customer experience of their policy documents. We tried, tested, reworked and reinvented the documents over and over. This award tells us we got it right.'
