With today’s increasingly user-friendly software, audiences often question the requirement for documentation. This entry successfully demonstrates the continued value of documentation. It explains complex procedures and workarounds, in response to international user requirements and queries.

Xero makes beautiful accounting software that’s easy to use. I’m in the online Help Centre team — we make Xero even easier by writing Help pages which use plain English principles. We want Xero's customers to quickly find and understand the information they're looking for.
