Kiwi Wealth is thrilled to be recognised as a leading example of plain English at this year\u2019s Awards. We\u2019ve worked really hard to ensure our Annual Report adheres to the KiwiSaver scheme provider guidance, while still being a useful document for our members.<\/p>\n
\u2018The Kiwi Wealth KiwiSaver Scheme Annual Report<\/em> is a tough document to get right for our members,\u2019 said Joe Bishop, General Manager, Customer, Product & Innovation at Kiwi Wealth. \u2018We wanted to ensure that, as a KiwiSaver scheme provider, we always present complex information in the simplest possible way for our customers. We want them to have a clear understanding of their retirement savings and be able to take control of their future.\u2019<\/p>\n
At Kiwi Wealth, clear communication has always been something we\u2019re 100 percent committed to. In our early years as a KiwiSaver scheme provider, we led the way with our plain English stance. Now, in 2017, that commitment extends even further, to encompass our continued promise of investor education and engagement.<\/p>\n
