The Society has a remarkable and thorough system in place to ensure that plain English is the norm across the organisation. Congratulations on a well-thought-out and very successful approach to achieving clear communication.

The Cancer Society is delighted to win the Best Organisation award. We want people with cancer and their carers to receive information that’s clear and in a format they want it to receive it in. So we continue to try and improve the way we write information and messages.
