She first worked as a teacher, novelist, playwright, and poet. In 1995 she became fascinated by the symbiotic relationship between writing and the internet, and has worked in this area ever since. Rachel is the author of Business Writing Plus, Write Me a Web Page, Elsie! and many other books. She is a popular speaker at conferences around the world.
